I should mention that I am soon to be 50 years old and don't find any excercise routines that are geared for women my age. The slow pace of the weight training your segment provides is so doable for me. Do you have any suggestions for cardio and other weight training for women who are 50 and are more intermediate type of excercisers?

I just bought a heart rate monitor, but im not sure what my heart rate has to be to burn fat. What should i keep my heart rate at and how long do i need to keep it there to burn fat? I am 27 yrs, 5 2 , 130 lbs
