Hi Saritha! Thanks for writing :-) I'm sorry to say that I do not have the old ExerciseTV pilates workout available anywhere. BUT, I do have a very similar 20 minute pilates routine (which also uses a hand towel) that you might enjoy if you liked that one! Hi Jessica,

I am looking for your 20min power pilates that used be on exercise tv which uses just mat and a hand towel. I really liked this workout and now I can not find it any where on net. can you please tell me if its part of any of your DVDs or a place where I can find it now.

Hi Jessica! I have purchased two of your DVDs and I absolutely love them. I have a huge workout collection, and you are definitely my favorite workout instructor! The slow pace of the weight training your segment provides is so doable for me. Do you have any suggestions for cardio and other weight training for women who are 50 and are more intermediate type of excercisers?

Since I hit my mid-40s my abdominal area is the hardest hit~darn perimenopause, lol. I find a cleaner diet and working the ab area in multiple ways to be helping a bit and this dvd would definitely help with the variety in ab work.

Hi, Jessica - I love, love, love your workouts! I have most of your 10 Min Solution workouts and one of your Exercise TV workouts. Hi Jessica. Years ago I fractured my lower back. Crunches can get pretty painful. Its nice to see an ab workout with moves like planks that won't bother my back. Thanks.

I need to win for me! I am a mother of a 12 year old and 14 year old. I can NO LONGER SAY that my stomach and fat are still left over pregnancy weight.....even tho I still look pregnant. I want to lose these last 50 pounds and tone my stomach/abs and everything else so that I can feel good about how I look. My boys love me and say I am perfect to snuggle with, but I just want to be even more perfect for myself too!

Hi Jessica, I really would love to win this dvd as I have tried absolutely everything to flatten my abs without success. This dvd looks great as it provides 5 different ways to flatten abs which should work the abs from every angle. I would love to get a flat stomach before we try getting pregnant again with our second child. That would make it easier to get back my shape after the child is born as I will know that I have finally defeated this roll of abdominal fat. I have several of your workout dvd's and I know your workouts are very challenging and I do enjoy them very much. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to enter. Regards Michele
